Farm yields may vary due to situations beyond human control, but a membership is 52 weeks of great food.  Any period that the farm does not have 'the goods' will not count.  Our first priority is delivering homemade, organic, wholesome and nutritious foods at the highest quality.

Our livestock and fowl play an important role in the ecosystems on the farm, converting optimized feed to protein, clearing garden spaces without tilling or synthetic fertilizers.  We handle them gently so that they grow healthy and quickly, feeding them entirely wholesome natural feeds and fresh local pasture.

Hawaii regulations contain exemptions from commercial slaughterhouse/processing facilities for a number of farm direct and household consumer operations.  If you have any questions you may find the following link useful.  http://www.apppa.org/legalstates.pdf  You are always welcome to handle your own processing if you want.  We will happily include specialty meats and organs from your birds if requested.  Livers and onions lovers, you know who you are!

* Families larger than three can add more volume to their orders for a nominal cost, and extra production voume will be made available to members first at discounted rates before going to market.
